  1. Never miss a deadline The agent finds the termination clause in the office lease, works out the last day for giving notice, six months before the termination date (Art. 266d CO), and alerts management in good time, with a draft letter attached.
  2. Respond to a complaint The agent links the complaint to the order and the delivery, checks that the defect was notified without delay (Art. 201 CO) and that the warranty claim, which becomes time-barred two years after delivery, is still open (Art. 210 CO), then prepares the reply.
  3. Welcome a new employee The agent draws up the contract from the template, inserts the probation period (Art. 335b CO), limits the personnel file to the necessary data (Art. 328b CO) and prepares the onboarding list.
